About Job Role
In ASE role you will design, develop and build technology solution for client problem. You will work in different project, challange environment and learn new tech daily.
Main work include:
- Creating & assembling application as per client need
- Understanding business side and improve performance
- Add new tech trend inside solution
- Helping in automation work
- Solve errors, do testing and bug fix
- Writing code on time and doing peer review
- Taking full ownship of your work

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for ASE role you need follow below condition:
- Degree: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc, Dual Degree (BE+ME, BTech+MTech, BE/BTech+MS) – Any Branch
- Only Full Time Degree, part time not allow
- Not more than 23 month experience
- No active backlog during registration & onboarding
- No study gap in degree duration
- Not attend Accenture hiring in last 3 month
- Must be eligible for work in India
Full Assessment Process
If you eligible, you will get mail invite for online test. Total process have multiple round.
1: Mock Test
- Time: 20 Minutes
- This is practice test for check internet, system, browser and give real feel of test.
- Mock test is compulsory.
2: Behavioral & Cognitive Test
- Time: 40 Minutes Total
Behavioral Test:
- Check personality
- Check thinking style
Cognitive Test:
- Gamified puzzle
- Numerical questions
- Logical thinking
3: Technical Assessment
- Time: 45 Minutes
- It include question from:
- Common Application & MS Office
- Pseudocode
- CS basic programming
- Networking, Cloud, Security Basic
4: Coding Round
- Time: 60 Minutes
- You will get 3 coding question.
- You can use any one tech given below:
Backend: Java, Dotnet, Python, C++, C#
Database: SQL
Frontend: HTML, CSS, React.js, Vue.js
5: Communication Assessment
- Time: Around 30 Minutes
- Separate mail come with login detail.

Written: Email Etiquette, Content, Grammar
Final Round
After passing all test, you will have Interview Round with panel.
