BEL Trainee Engineer Salary 2025
In this trainee engineer post the candidate will be engage initially for the period of 2 years And later it can be extended for the Maximum 3 years including the initial period, so this training post can be for 3 years contract.
In this the candidate for 1st year will get ₹30000 per month, for 2nd year ₹35,000 per month, for 3rd year ₹40,000 per month and for this some additional benefits are also there
- Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month) *Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer location Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
- Maternity leave shall be admissible as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
- Lunch allowance will be paid at the rate of Rs. 150/- per day who are detailed on Company’s work outside the factory premises for 3 hours or more, during their respective shifts including normal lunch break/time.
