Job Purpose
In this trainee job you support daily production works like data handling, monitoring production live, checking issues, and learning how to improve process. You also learn lean manufacturing for reducing waste and making work smooth and fast.
Main Responsibilities
| Process Improvement | Help finding Muri, Mura, Muda problems and improving workflow. |
| Production Data Handling | Maintain KPI and PI data with Team Leaders and Production Leaders. |
| ANDON Analysis | Collect and study triggers to find root cause of issues. |
| Video Study | Support video analysis for improving cycle time. |
| Digitalisation Support | Help in digital tools and production automation work. |
| Safety Support | Report unsafe conditions and join risk assessment. |
| WIP Tracking | Track vehicle progress and maintain documents. |
| Gemba Walk | Do daily Gemba walk to note abnormalities. |
| Quality Check Support | Help IMQ team in random inspection work. |
| Data Management | Update KPI/PI data and support daily/weekly reports. |
| Trial & Validation | Assist in engineering changes and improvement trials. |
Eligibility & Requirements
| Education | B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Industrial / Production |
| Minimum Marks | 60% |
| Technical Skills | Good understanding of production and quality data |
| Lean Knowledge | 5S, Kaizen, Muri/Mura/Muda |
| Digital Skills | Excel, PowerPoint |
| Other Skills | Adaptable and fast learning mindset |
