Job Role Understand in Easy Words
In this job your main work will be handling servers and network devices inside data center. Means all internet services like cloud, storage, gaming servers etc — all runs from backend data centers.
What you will do:
- Install servers (rack, cable, setup)
- Troubleshoot if fault comes
- Change hardware parts (RAM, SSD, PSU etc.)
- Complete tickets (daily tasks)
- Follow security rules (data is very sensitive)
It is little technical job, but learning scope is very high.
